-The Maldekians -
You have accessed the Akashic Records of the Maldekians. The legend goes...
The Maldekians have a troubled and complex past. They originally fought in the Orion Wars, with many serving both sides. One half served the Orion Empire, while the other served the Belt Stars, otherwise known as “The Alliance,” and a sub-patriotic group called “The Black League Resistance.” Both sides sent in spies as double agents to report intelligence and smuggle weapons and prisoners. They also had a special position called the “Trin Dex,” who were translation experts from multiple races, but were obligated to take no side, and only serve whoever they were assigned (or reassigned to). In order to mediate negotiations during high official meetings and potential peace treaty pacts, having a Trin Dex level translator was extremely valuable. The Trin Dex were the equivalents to the C-3PO like droids in Star Wars, who had over six million linguistic capabilities, and served masters on both sides.

The double agents played crucial roles in smuggling weapons and prisoners throughout the Orion Wars. Among these covert operatives, a specific group of officers called “The Vektor,” serving the Orion Empire secretly controlled a faction of Dark Purple Greys often referred to as “The Vek,” This faction was highly specialized and fiercely loyal, taking orders only from the Vektor and not from the broader Empire officials like the Ciakar. Hence the “Vek” name was an instilled message that “The Vek” could take orders from a Vektor. The Vek Greys were kept shrouded in secrecy and numbered only a few hundred, enough to resemble a small army. Their mission was to be smuggled over to the Alliance, but their handlers were caught in the act, ending the covert operation.

On the other side, the Alliance faced internal strife from rogue Pleiadians originating from Electra. Originally, these Pleiadians had requested a very precious type of pollen called Rhizari from the Alliance to use for ceremonies and healing. The Alliance promised to provide it in exchange for their participation in the Orion Wars. The Alliance desperately needed reinforcements, and the Electran Pleiadians agreed to serve for a set period. However, once their service was complete, the Alliance failed to deliver the promised pollen. Despite repeated pleas, the Pleiadians were left empty-handed.
