BIOGRAPHY
TIMELINE
Sienna Eve Benton is a media specialist with extensive experience creative writing, publishing, and alternative medicine. Her background that includes military service in the U.S. Air Force. Her journey into the healing arts began in after she completed her military service and moved Los Angeles, where she first encountered creative outlets to help her cope with PTSD and depression.

She offers sound bath services at LA wellness spaces like Sage Yoga Studios and Dream Co Studios, creating immersive healing environments known for their emotional depth and vibrational clarity. Now based in Sacramento, Sienna continues to provide sound healing, art therapy, and creative meditation, both virtually and in person.
​
She also launched Doctor’s Compass Magazine for California Northstate University College of Medicine, where she interviews and publishes experts across specialties to explore the root causes of diseases and offer non invasive medical treatments for those struggling with PTSD, depression, anxiety and soul fatigue. Sienna has been featured across multiple media platforms speaking as an expert for media, publishing, and wellness.

MILITARY
Sienna is an Air Force Veteran who honorably completed her service in 2015. She has appeared and performed stunts in multiple commercial and theatrical projects including USAA, USO, TENET, and volunteered at Summer Leadership Bootcamps in honor of Capt. Brandon Lee Cyr

Sienna graduated with a Master's in Fine Arts at the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles, CA

DESIGN & PUBLISHING
Sienna continued her education pursing an Associates in Art & Graphic Design at the Los Angeles City College while Teaching Art Therapy Electives at Futures/Fusion) Academy.

She founded Life is Art Magazine as her thesis, and has continued the magazine to the present day.
​
She has published multiple celebrities and public figures including Melora Hardin, Matty Cardarople, Debbie Solaris, Sara Al Madani, and many more
2021
AWAKENING
During the year of 2020 and Covid-19 Sienna took time to reflect on life's meaning and humanities role in it.

In 2021 she received an Akashic Reading where discovered the realm of spirituality, wellness, and holistic healing. She began pursing training alternative treatments by working at Descanso Gardens, Halo Chiropractic, and Angels on Earth Crystal Shop in Los Angeles, CA.

She began practicing for clients in 2022 and now offers virtual services in alternative medicine

BRIDGING THE GAP
At California Northstate University College of Medicine Sienna reported on medical research and data that helps bridge the gap between eastern and western medicine.

In her work she has interviewed experts in fields of sound medicine, space medicine, holistic doctor's, and is currently connecting with Dr. John Stuart Reid on potential studies for Sound Medicine.
