Sienna Eve Benton is a media specialist with a multidisciplinary background in creative writing, publishing, and alternative medicine. She served in the United States Air Force before pursuing her academic studies, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Photography from Sacramento State University and a Master of Fine Arts from the New York Film Academy.

Following her military service, Sienna relocated to Los Angeles, where her path shifted toward the healing arts. While working at Halo Chiropractic, she was introduced to alternative treatments that support veterans coping with PTSD and depression.

She went on to become a certified sound bath healer, offering sessions at wellness spaces including Sage Yoga Studios and Dream Co Studios in Los Angeles. Her work is recognized for its immersive quality, blending emotional depth with intentional sound frequencies to create restorative environments. Sienna continued her work in integrative wellness, facilitating sound healing, mindfulness, and coping skills groups at Sierra Vista Hospital as a Therapeutic Activities Personnel TAP (I) in Sacramento, CA.

In addition to her clinical and creative practice, she founded Doctor’s Compass Magazine at California Northstate University College of Medicine. Through this publication, she interviewed and featured experts across a range of medical disciplines, with a focus on exploring root causes of disease and promoting non-invasive approaches to conditions such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, and “soul fatigue.”​
