For time immemorial, the Arcturians have been the inhabitants of the blue planet orbiting the red giant star Arcturus in the Bootes constellation. While it has been generally believed that the Arcturians are descendants of Lyran/Vegan refuges from the Lyran-Draconian wars, the Akashic records show the Arcturian as a separate race that went through an individual journey of consciousness and evolution following the separation of over souls in the Galaxy. This journey of consciousness gives the Arcturians an enhanced degree of consciousness and the ability to explore the power of the mind to achieve healing.
From the inception of the Galaxy, the High Galactic Councils ordained the Arcturians as spiritual overseers and safeguard some of the most phenomenal crystal temples that host many levels of the Akashic Library. They even have an entire level called “The Hall of Skulls.” This level is devoted to every kind of crystal skull in the universe. The rows are organized by levels of intelligence, dimensions, and each crystal skull carries vast amounts of information from each incarnation. By simply holding a skull, you can see any point in time from the soul’s incarnation that you wish to know.
To have a skull placed in the Hall is a great honor many souls aspire to accomplish. It’s similar to achieving a purple heart medal if one serves in the military. To qualify a soul must have at least 10 intelligent life incarnations on the same planet, as the same being, in back to back lifetimes. For humans this crystal skull would be able to record at least up to 1,000 years of Earth history data.
If you ever visit the Akashic Records, a vast majority of librarians hail from Arcturus. This in part because Arcturus is also is also a cosmic gateway where souls travel, passing between lifetimes, are guided by the wisdom of the Arcturian consciousness. Each soul that passes uploads it’s previous lifetime into to a crystal, which is then placed in the Akashic Library for safekeeping. The soul is then given the opportunity to review it’s previous incarnations, and is provided with a librarian to help the soul decide if there are any lifetimes it would like to revisit to correct any lessons or heal soul contracts, or proceed to new lessons and experiences in different galaxies.
Because the Arcturians are the gate keepers of Akashic knowledge, they eventually came under siege by the Draconian Empire, who sought to corrupt the Stargate and obtain master crystals that held heavy accounts of valuable galactic information. During this siege, the Arcuturians were forced to develop technologically, creating and perfecting advanced tools like legendary starships and interstellar vessels to transport these priceless crystals, similarly to that of harboring artwork like “The Mona Lisa” from one location to another. Using these new methods to deter the Draconians from taking these stones, the Arcturians have been able to misdirect and even create fake copies to keep the Dracos from infiltrating the Stargate and temples.
The Arcturians have also been of great help and support to the Earth as they have intervened in both the evolution and protection with one of the most grand starships called “The Athena.” The ship is stationed within our solar system to serve as both a protector and a library beacon. The Athena ensures that Earth and the Galactic Federation have a galactic shield from malevolent extraterrestrial forces where galactic data could be infiltrated from Starseeds trying to access the Akashic Library. It is this very presence helps deter the Reptilians and Grey aliens from manipulating Earth's fragile destiny. It acts as both a battleship, but also as a large galactic cyber security system for storing a vast amount of Earth’s records.
On Arcturus, life is governed not by hierarchy or competition, but by vibrational frequency. Their existence transcends ideas like classism to embrace a social structure where unity exists, and the beings are free from the shadows of envy and discord that often plague lesser-evolved species. Each being's role in society is determined by the color of their aura, a direct reflection of their spiritual alignment.
