For time immemorial, the Arcturians have been the inhabitants of the blue planet orbiting the red giant star Arcturus in the Bootes constellation. While it has been generally believed that the Arcturians are descendants of Lyran/Vegan refuges from the Lyran-Draconian wars, the Akashic records show the Arcturian as a separate race that went through an individual journey of consciousness and evolution following the separation of over souls in the Galaxy. This journey of consciousness gives the Arcturians an enhanced degree of consciousness and the ability to explore the power of the mind to achieve healing.
From the inception of the Galaxy, the High Galactic Councils ordained the Arcturians as spiritual overseers and safeguard some of the most phenomenal crystal temples that host many levels of the Akashic Library. They even have an entire level called “The Hall of Skulls.” This level is devoted to every kind of crystal skull in the universe. The rows are organized by levels of intelligence, dimensions, and each crystal skull carries vast amounts of information from each incarnation. By simply holding a skull, you can see any point in time from the soul’s incarnation that you wish to know.
