The Keetans originate from a spiral-shaped galaxy known as the 'Meathook Galaxy,' located in the constellation Volans. These beings, whose name emphasizes a sharp “K” and “E” sound, are intricately tied to DNA development and the evolutionary restructuring of Earth's bloodlines. They are known as “The Chain-breakers.” This group is quite small because, many feel no calling toward biological reproduction unless it’s absolutely necessary.

Keetan DNA is coded where it has zero instinct for the desire to reproduce. Keetan starseeds were specifically seeded on Earth for a mission called “The Great Infiltration.” A strategic incarnation to quietly neutralize and dismantle toxic bloodlines from within.

Bloodline patterns that have kept karmic cycles repeating for longer than necessary. Earlier Keetan incarnations involved raising offspring from those bloodlines to go through an awakening, but that method proved too slow. Instead, ending certain lineages altogether was a more effective strategy in hopes to give the Earth’s ecosystems, animals, and plant life a chance to recover and thrive.

Far from being accidental or broken, the absence of a desire for children among Keetans is a deeply intentional part of their mission. These beings were specifically chosen for their ability to detach from the generational programming that binds most humans to the notion of legacy through lineage. Many Keetans are even programmed to enter long-term relationships with partners who do desire children, (creating the illusion that parenthood may eventually occur), when in truth, it never will. This is not done out of malice, but as a strategic method of karmic redirection.

These starseeds often target individuals from lineages marked by overpopulation, particularly those with ancestral lines where families had ten or more children. In such cases, the Keetans either disrupt further reproduction through partnership or incarnates directly into one of these large families, intentionally choosing not to reproduce, thereby naturally diminishing the continuation of the bloodline.

The Keetans themselves do not reproduce through birth. Their origin traces back to a race known as the Hyadians, who initially grew the Keetans in pods as part of an experimental program tied to Earth’s timelines. The Hyadians not only created their bodies but also taught the Keetans how to eventually self-generate. Over time, the Keetans adopted and perfected this method, transforming it into their cultural legacy.

Though similar practices exist among other star groups such as the Delana, whom the Keetans are aware of but not directly aligned with, the Keetans have elevated DNA development into an art form. Their devotion to this craft is one of their proudest accomplishments, and it defines much of their role in the cosmic landscape.

During this incubation period, bodies are programmed with all the essential knowledge they will need, cultural understanding, language equivalents, mathematics, history, so that upon awakening, these beings are immediately equipped for their next stage of service. This process eliminates the need for traditional childhood and lessons. The Keetans see this as an advanced form of evolution that prioritizes discovery and solution-building over repetitive upbringing. 

Keetans don’t particularly like incarnating on Earth, because they are forced to go through the very process of being birthed, the mission they set out to stop as their number one priority. Some Keetan births will be so intense and disruptive that they intentionally cause severe trauma to the mother, leaving her unable to have any more children.

Jane Seymour (Third wife of Henry VIII, died 1537): Died from complications shortly after giving birth to future King Edward VI. King Edward VI died at the age of 15, a Keetan DNA effort to break the karmic cycle started by King Henry VIII.

In Keetan culture, there is no longer any need for gender. While they may have once had genders, like the Delana, this has become obsolete in their civilization, thanks to the integration of highly advanced A.I. DNA programming. If needed, they can switch between energetic expressions of masculine and feminine, but ultimately gender is fluid or unnecessary.

The Keetans shared an especially important message for the chain-breakers on Earth:

“There is nothing broken or lacking in those who do not feel the call to parenthood. In fact, these individuals have already fulfilled the parental archetype in past lives and have now come to Earth with a very specific purpose, to help reset the vibrational field by ending dysfunctional bloodlines.” 

The programming around reproduction, family, and legacy has been one of the hardest to break. The Keetans expressed their deep admiration for those who have succeeded in overcoming it, even extending their apologies for the psychological conditioning endured in childhood.

Visually, the Keetans appear as highly telepathic, cloud-like beings. Their brains are not entirely solid, and instead of a pineal gland, they possess nebula-like formations within specialized areas of their consciousness. These shifting, colorful clouds store memory and allow for an ever-adapting intelligence. Their bodies often feature spikes, which are not used for defense but for medicinal purposes. These spikes can be removed and inserted into other beings for healing, akin to an advanced form of acupuncture. This connection is especially strong among their kind on Earth, many of whom are naturally drawn to acupuncture or energetic bodywork.

Unlike the Draconians, who value independence and hierarchy, the Keetans are deeply communal. Because they all share a telepathic link, no single leader is necessary. Even when participating in the Galactic Federation, they take turns representing their people, while the entire group remains informed through shared thought. This rotating role ensures no one being holds power for too long, and everyone participates equally in galactic affairs. They work closely with groups like the Andromedans and Sirians, and are particularly focused on enhancing communication technologies within the Federation. Part of this work involves upgrading human DNA to support telepathy and, for a select group, telekinesis. Thousands of humans with Keetan DNA will begin to develop these gifts more fully in the years ahead.

Many chain-breakers will not reincarnate again on Earth in human form. However, some have chosen “extra credit” lifetimes as animals, trees, or plants, preferring to embody life forms that directly benefit Earth’s heartbeat.

This choice is not about sacrifice, but rather about balance. The Earth needs more caretakers of the land than caretakers of new human lives at this time. Their final message to you is:

“You did not come to multiply flesh, but to multiply frequency.”
