DOES CONSCIOUS ENERGY (THE SOUL) RECYCLE?

"Remembering a past life is much like waking from a dream. Sometimes you remember only fragments, sometimes the details are vivid, and other times the memory slips away entirely. Reincarnation works in a similar way. "

Sienna Eve Benton takes a unique and thoughtful approach to exploring the psychology of the soul. She believes that by truly understanding ourselves, we can begin to uncover what the soul genuinely needs, rather than simply chasing what we think we want. The first step in this process is creating a space where her clients feel safe enough to ask one of the most profound questions of all: Have I reincarnated before?

Albert Einstein once said, “Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another.”

It suggests that the soul is not a mystical abstraction but a conscious energy that chooses to recycle in different energetic and physical forms, otherwise known as reincarnation

In hundreds of hours of Akashic readings, where Sienna dives into the past (and future) lives of her clients, Sienna has observed a fascinating patterns with her clientele. Echoing Einstein’s principle that energy cannot be created or destroyed but only transformed, her clients often recall soul experiences that go beyond human form and into experiences like water, animal, and plant memories.

"When most people receive a reading, they are curious about their past lives as humans. While that can be fascinating, it is unlikely that conscious energy chooses to experience human life every single time it takes on a physical form. I encourage my clients to expand their perspective and consider their soul beyond the idea of only incarnating as a human."

Some of Sienna’s clients report soul memories connected to water, not as humans interacting with it, but as being the water itself. Dr. Masaru Emoto’s research "Messages from Water," suggested that water has the capacity to hold memory and respond to consciousness through emotion, intention, and sound.

If water can retain information from the energy around it, this challenges the belief that only living organisms can carry consciousness or memory. In the context of soul science, this opens the door to the possibility that a soul, as a form of conscious energy, could inhabit or express itself through elemental forms.

"I cannot speak for everyone, but I would not want to relive the same life again and again. Conscious energy (the soul) does not gain much from repeating the same experiences. It makes far more sense that it would choose to reincarnate in many different forms rather than return to the same physical experience each time."

One important advantage of clients who are confident they have lived multiple human lives is that this can support research in meaningful ways. Humans have recorded biographies and historical events for centuries, creating a roadmap that allows certain past life claims to be verified.  However, the criteria for proving a case must be very strict, especially in today’s information age where anyone can look up a biography and claim, “That was me.”

To be considered a potential case, the subjects need to be young enough that they could not have learned any historical information through normal means, yet still recall accurate trackable details.

"The University of Virginia’s Division of Perceptual Studies has done incredible work. Dr. Ian Stevenson documented over 2,500 cases of children remembering past lives, many with birthmarks matching injuries from who they once were. Some even recalled names, places, and events that matched real autobiographies. Researchers are now learning how to ask the right questions at the right age to gather verifiable evidence. It’s helping us understand how and why consciousness might survive death."

This does not diminish Sienna’s clients’ deep inner knowing that they have reincarnated. Rather, it provides a foundation that scientists can build upon in the future to help validate soul science and the process of reincarnation. While full scientific proof may still be beyond our reach, Sienna’s work centers on guiding clients to understand why their conscious energy chose to return, what lessons or purposes their soul is here to fulfill in this lifetime, and how to avoid repeating past patterns.

"I’m noticing recurring patterns where clients recall early deaths in past lives and feel a strong desire to complete those experiences, much like finishing an unfinished course. Some choose to return to face challenges from a new perspective, especially where they once caused pain to others. Others carry a sense of having abandoned loved ones and feel compelled to come back out of a sense of responsibility or unfinished connection."

Sienna offers a structured and intuitive process to help her clients access memories of their past lives. Through carefully designed intuition-building exercises, clients are guided to sense when, where, how, and in what form their soul may have existed before. These responses are not based on logic but on felt experiences, which allows deeper truths to surface organically. As clients engage in this process, Sienna collects data from their insights and uses a psychological lens to analyze patterns. This helps reveal the underlying purpose behind the soul's past experiences and how those patterns may still influence the present.

"Remembering a past life is much like waking from a dream. Sometimes you remember only fragments, sometimes the details are vivid, and other times the memory slips away entirely. Reincarnation works in a similar way. It is like trying to recall a dream from the night before. It can be challenging, but just like there are techniques to help people remember their dreams, there are also techniques that help strengthen the memory of the soul. That is what I aim to help my clients develop."
