The Altairians hail from the constellation of Aquila, also known as the eagle. The Altairians have a natural gift for developing governmental systems for universal laws. This includes the development of various light councils, and federations in systems like Lyra, Vega, and Sirius. They have a keen ability for spotting leadership potential, and bringing together the best candidates for leading large groups and civilizations. They are the one’s responsible for the “Highest Vibration Volunteer,” rule, which means the leader of each council/federation is decided based on who is operating on the highest vibration at the time.
Unlike Earth, Altairians do not believe in voting for their leaders. Instead, they interchange their leaders based on who’s frequency is best capable of making wise decisions for each topic at hand. They are a galactic version of King Arthur’s knights of the round table. Rather than leave all decisions to one leader, they delegate each matter to the volunteer with the highest vibration and experience. Altairians are very balanced between knowing when to lead, and when to follow.
When souls are building their contracts for leadership lifetimes they are usually provided an Altairian guide to help them overview what main lesson they want to learn when it comes to leadership styles. Additionally, Altariian guides often step in when a soul on Earth isn’t living up to the leadership potential they agreed to before incarnation. Specifically humans, who may have been hiding in the background too long, out of fear, doubt, or trauma, are gently (or sometimes dramatically) nudged into the limelight by their Altairian guides. This intervention isn’t arbitrary; it’s part of the soul’s curriculum. For many, these lifetimes are prep work. In their next incarnation, whether on Earth, another planet, or even a moon, they will be expected to step into governmental or council-like roles.
